About Us
The Waurika Chamber of Commerce is a voluntary organization in which
members work together to advance the business interests and quality of
life in our community. Members represent large and small businesses,
professional trades and services.
Mission
The mission of the Waurika Chamber of Commerce is to advance the
economic well-being of our community by strengthening the business
community through commercial, civic, cultural, industrial and educational
interests. We work to create a positive business environment to foster job
development and promote business growth.
The Chamber motto is Get involved. Get results.
Through this member-focused organization, you can find many ways to do
just that-find out what you need and where you need to go; who to call and
ultimately why becoming a member of the Waurika Chamber of
Commerce is one of the best strategies for growing your business!
Goals
Create growth and prosperity to the business owner and community.
Provided a forum for the members to network and participate with other
businesses in the community.
Identify business issues and work toward solutions that will strengthen
the economic and business climate.
Provide a directory of member businesses and work for business
expansion in the area.
Provide educational programs for the business community.
Provide marketing for member businesses through newsletters,
sponsorship opportunities, newsletter inserts, etc.
Raise funds for community activities/organizations.
Bring businesses together.
